What is the customs regime of the Customs Union of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus

The Customs Union between the three countries is an integrated organization to ensure a single customs territory. The Union applies common customs measures and a common customs tariff.

The main regulatory government body for customs activity is the Federal Customs Service of Russia. It controls the regional customs administrations, under which the individual customs posts for processing customs documents and releasing goods operate.
