Express transport of small and medium goods in Bulgaria serves shipments that are too bulky, heavy or specific for standard courier handling, but do not necessarily require a full heavy-duty truck. - fragility, value and requirement for temperature or hazardous regime.

Price of express transport in Bulgaria
The price is formed by the route and resources for the specific task. In addition to distance, factors include the type of vehicle, its position before pickup, urgency, time window, empty running, waiting and additional addresses. A drop-down edge, pallet jack, special securing, temperature regime or loading/unloading crew also affect the quote.
A fixed price per kilometer without conditions is misleading, because an urban route with difficult access and a two-hour receiving window may require more time than a longer route between two ramps. For a comparable offer it must be clear what vehicle, equipment and dwell time are included.

Direct vehicle and scheduling the timeline
For direct transport the cargo is picked up from the specified address and delivered to the recipient without planned terminal sorting. This reduces the number of handlings and allows building a door-to-door schedule. However, it does not mean that every route has the same lead time.
The plan includes vehicle dispatch, actual loading, traffic, legal breaks, route restrictions and receiving time. For a route with a heavy-duty vehicle, imposed road bans and holidays are also checked. The recipient must confirm that the ramp and crew will be ready in the agreed window.
Choosing a vehicle according to the cargo and address
The light commercial van is maneuverable and suitable for a limited number of compact units. A larger van provides more height and volume, while a goods vehicle can carry more pallets and mass. The choice is made by payload, interior dimensions, door size and required equipment, not only by the general term “van” or “truck”.

Packing, labeling and securing
Cartons are placed on a sturdy pallet and fixed so they do not shift on their own. Machine parts and equipment are transported in a case or on a base that bears the weight. Fragile edges are protected, and empty spaces in the packaging are filled with suitable material.
The labels indicate the recipient, number of units, orientation and special instructions, but do not replace physical protection. The cargo is secured in the vehicle against sliding and tipping. The official Order No. 7 for securing transported goods applies and also to short express runs — urgency is not a reason to skip safe securing.
Documents, tracking and delivery proof
The transport assignment describes the countries, addresses, goods, deadline, equipment and contacts. Depending on the goods and deal, an invoice, delivery note, packing list, certificate or document for a special regime may be added. The data on the number of units and weight must match across all documents.
The client receives confirmation at pickup, information in case of significant deviation and proof of delivery. Acceptance is evidenced by the recipient’s name, date, time and signature or another agreed electronic record. If there is visible damage, it is described before unloading is completed and photographed.
