Small parcels are regularly consolidated to offer short delivery times and low freight rates.

Consolidated parcels depart Bulgaria for Austria every Friday. Their arrival is by Thursday of the following week.
Friday is the departure day for the groupage lines from Vienna to Sofia as well. The arrival is within the same timeframe – by Thursday of the following week.
Since requests for transportation of small parcels between Bulgaria and Austria are numerous, we often perform additional shipments of consolidated parcels. These extra shipments depart from Bulgaria or Austria on Tuesday or Wednesday and arrive in the other country, Austria or Bulgaria, at the beginning of the next week.
Consolidation of parcels from A Logistics for transport to Austria or from Austria to Bulgaria
A Logistics offers container consolidation. Thus small parcels are grouped into large transport units and shippers do not have to wait for a bulk shipment to be formed and pay more.
The containers are of standard sizes, easily loadable into transport vehicles and transferable from one vehicle to another. The easier handling of them also contributes to convenience in the transports. The containers preserve the type and condition of the parcels consolidated inside them.
Another convenience offered by the containers for consolidated parcels is that they can also consolidate palletized parcels. If you have packed your parcels on pallets or want to use pallets for additional securing and protection, then these parcels will easily fit into a groupage container.
Types of parcel consolidation for transport between Bulgaria and Austria
A Logistics uses FCL and LCL containerization.
FCL containers are filled completely. They can be opened, closed, refrigerated – for the transport of perishable goods. They are suitable if you have sufficiently large shipments.
In FCL transports, shipments from different clients are consolidated. In consolidation, the types of goods or items contained in the shipments are taken into account to avoid risks of damage or spoilage.
