A Logistics organises the unloading, transhipment and loading of machinery, industrial equipment, large rolls and project cargo at its indoor warehouse facility.

We select the equipment and handling method according to the weight, dimensions, centre of gravity and position of each load. When required, we combine handling with storage and onward transport.

Industrial roll handling with specialised clamps

We operate two clamps for handling paper, insulation and flooring rolls:

an extendable rotating clamp for gripping and controlled rotation regardless of the roll's initial orientation;
a clamp capable of handling rolls up to 165 cm in diameter — specialised equipment for large industrial rolls;
a forklift fitted with a clamp for unloading, transhipment and precise positioning without standard forks;
a specialised coil ram for unloading and handling rolls, wire coils and sheet-metal coils.

The two clamps allow us to select the correct gripping method according to the diameter, material and position of the roll.

Heavy machinery and project cargo

Transhipment for intermodal transport

We organise the transfer of cargo between different modes of transport using suitable equipment and a pre-planned handling sequence.

Planning and safety

Every operation is planned in advance to select the appropriate equipment and minimise risk to the cargo, vehicle and handling team.

We check the weight, dimensions, packaging, centre of gravity and accompanying documents.
We select the forklift, clamp, forks or crane equipment.
We prepare the handling area, travel route and positioning point.
We control the load throughout lifting, movement and lowering.
We inspect the load, ensure suitable protection from weather conditions and prepare it for storage, dispatch or onward transport.
