Job description

• Account manager for a number of key Customer Accounts.  
• Scheduling Drivers and vehicles to meet customer bookings.
• Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
• Continuous improvement of departmental processes.
• Customer retention & liaising with Sales staff on key accounts.
• Issuing customer quotations & conversions into bookings.

 

Normal Hours

9 am to 18 pm Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be required to meet the demands of the business.

 

Desired Skills and Experience

• Transport administration experience in a busy transport office environment with particular experience in European Roadfreight.
• Proficient in MS office  
• Previous experience in the transport industry a distinct advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service role essential.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail essential in this role.
